After: Beginning at approximately 8:44 AM PDT on October 14, 2025, some customers began experiencing issues accessing attachments and rendering previously set conditional formatting or filters. Our engineering team identified that a recent code change was the cause of the issue and deployed a fix. The fix was fully deployed and service was restored for all customers at approximately 9:57 AM PDT. We are reviewing our deployment processes to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
