Vonage services have been fully restored following today's service interruption. A Media Connection server was in an unstable state in the EU (Frankfurt) region from 2026-10-09 at 09:50:54 UTC to 2026-10-09 at 09:51:54 UTC. Some customers may have experienced media connection interruptions during this period. All services have been restored. The faulty instance was automatically detected and removed from rotation.
