One archiving server in US EAST region had a failure around July 3rd 23:41 UTC. The few recordings ongoing at that point in that specific server would have been impacted. The issue was immediately resolved for any new recordings created after. Please contact support@api.vonage.com for any questions. For any specific issue, please report it with supporting data.
