    We have identified an issue with the GitHub Integration where automated check results for some GitHub pull requests are missing in Vanta. Affected pull requests may show checks as missing or failing even though they ran in GitHub. This may cause tests that rely on these check results to fail, affecting some Vanta customers. We believe this is related to a recent change in GitHub’s retention policy for checks, workflow runs, and statuses (https://github.blog/changelog/2026-10-01-actions-retention-now-covers-checks-runs-and-statuses/ (opens in new tab)).
    Our team is investigating the root cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
