Task creation in Twilio Flex was degraded for 4 hours and 29 minutes between 06:07 and 10:36 Pacific Time on 06/26/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced the error message “RoutingTarget Worker is not available for new Task”. The issue has now been resolved.
