    Telnyx will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday October 22nd from 16:00 UTC to 20:00 UTC. During this window, customers may briefly see errors when logging in or signing up for the Mission Control Portal, and when updating number, connection or Outbound Voice Profile settings. Number orders and port requests may be processed with a slight delay. Calls and messaging on existing numbers are not affected. We will post an update once the maintenance is complete.

    We unfortunately encountered an issue, which has already been resolved, during some of the database maintenance work. This resulted in portal errors and errors to API requests to some endpoints from 18:41-18:51 UTC. No calls, messages, or AI operations should have been impacted during that time. We apologize for the interruption in API responsiveness.
