Timeline of updates

  1. maintenance scheduled

Telnyx will perform emergency maintenance on wireless network infrastructure in the EMEA region. This maintenance addresses a routing issue on VCLR infrastructure in Frankfurt (FR5) that has been causing minor packet loss and connectivity degradation for some EMEA-originating services.

    Maintenance window: 11 September 2026, 16:00–17:00 UTC (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Dublin time)

Expected impact: Brief service interruptions of up to 10 minutes for wireless SIMs with traffic originating in EMEA. Established sessions may briefly drop and will automatically reconnect. New session registrations during the window may experience delays.

Affected services: Wireless data, SMS, and VoLTE session setup for EMEA-originating traffic. Services in other regions (Americas, APAC) are not affected.

Customer action: None required. Sessions will reconnect automatically. Services will be monitored throughout the maintenance window.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.telnyx.com (opens in new tab).
