Statuspage: Some HipChat integrations have been invalidated.
Timeline of updates
- resolved
We recently made some changes that invalidated several of our customers HipChat integrations. We originally thought this triggered false email notifications about HipChat being invalidated (disconnected from StatusPage). We since learned those emails were valid, and that several HipChat integrations were indeed invalidated. This was caused by the OAuth tokens expiring and failing to automatically refresh. We've fixed this bug and we've gone in and re-validated all HipChat integrations. This issue should now be resolved.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on metastatuspage.com (opens in new tab).
