    • routing and media handling updates on the call routing platform, including media redirect headers
    • AMR-WB codec for re-INVITEs to prepare for full support of AMR-WB
    • improvements for media quality reporting and visibility

Sinch is taking precautions to prevent service impacts, but note that the scheduled work may result in a brief interruption with your service. This is being sent as a courtesy notice in the event that you experience issues that extend beyond the maintenance window.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise accordingly. Please contact support@sinch.com for further information.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on stspg.io (opens in new tab).
