All data being sent through our iOS library version 3.6.8 is not being correctly delivered to Segment. The bug also caused events to cloud mode destinations to not be delivered (however, events were sent correctly to device mode destinations). This only affects you if you upgraded to iOS version 3.6.8 in the last few days. A new version (https://github.com/segmentio/analytics-ios/releases/tag/3.6.9 (opens in new tab)) has been released with the fix, and we recommend updating to 3.6.9 immediately.
