Due to a load-spike, we saw a delay in the delivery of webhooks. At the worst the delay was 40 minutes. This lasted from 0934-10:47 UTC. The system is scaled up to shed the load, and we will improve this sub-system.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
