- update
As of 17:58 UTC, September 2, a subset of customers using Data Cloud services may have been impacted by an issue when using batch transforms, and may have seen completed jobs remain in an outdated status in the user interface. Automated flows, subsequent transforms, or other downstream processes that depend on the status update may not have initiated, potentially delaying downstream data processing actions.
We identified the trigger as a recent change and initiated a rollback which remediated the issue. After a period of monitoring and validation, these instances were declared out of impact as of 22:34 UTC, September 3.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused for customers.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
