Some customers in the EU region may have experienced an issue accessing Anypoint Monitoring dashboards. Affected customers may have encountered errors when attempting to view metric panels or API lists within the Anypoint Monitoring dashboard. We identified the cause as an expired certificate used for service-to-service communication, and resolved the issue by redeploying the affected services with renewed certificates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will perform a full investigation of the incident and preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
