    We're aware of an issue impacting Einstein Search Analytics DLOs (Data Lake Objects). Customers who have enabled search interaction logging may find that their Einstein Search Analytics Dashboard is missing data from May 18, 2026. We've identified a release as the trigger and our teams are working to roll back to the most recent known, good release. This may take several hours to complete.

    We'll provide an update once we have new information available.

  2. update

    The release rollback has been completed and our engineering team has validated the Einstein Search Analytics DLOs (Data Lake Objects), is now operating as expected. This incident has been declared all-clear as of 00:48 UTC, May 29.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused to customers.
