Salesforce: Feature Service Disruption: Core Service
Affected components: Core Service13 instances

Between 12:00 UTC and 14:32 UTC, customers in the Gov Cloud environment may have experienced feature disruption while accessing Data Extraction Services. The issue affected several key features, including CRM Connector Streams, Calculated Insights, Action Engine, and Data Cloud One. Customers may have noticed slower response times or temporary unavailability of these services during this period. We identified that database credentials had not rotated properly. Although the credential rotation process itself was completed successfully, multiple downstream Customer Data Platform (CDP) services failed to recognize the credential update, which continued to impact service availability. To mitigate the issue, we restarted all potentially impacted instances and services, restoring normal operations as of 14:32 UTC.
We apologize for how you and your business may have been affected by this incident.
