    Some customers may experience failures when creating or refreshing Sandboxes with Data Cloud, preventing the connection between Core Org and Data Cloud from being established. Data Cloud features will be unavailable in affected Sandboxes until our engineering teams complete the fix currently in progress.

    If you have created a sandbox from 10/21/2025 and are experiencing issues while provisioning Data Cloud on those sandboxes, we recommend taking the following actions to resolve the issue:
    1. Refresh the Affected Sandbox: Refreshing the sandbox may resolve the provisioning issues you are encountering.
    2. Create a New Sandbox: Alternatively, you can create a new sandbox to ensure smooth provisioning of Data Cloud.
