Our services were down between 04/22/2024 1:00am to 8:35am for customers who had older versions of SDK with domain name using "api.re-tell.ai". Customers using newer versions of SDK had api.retellai.com as baseUrl were not affected. Root cause: we upgraded our backend network system but forgot to update the same for our previous domain name - api.re-tell.ai To prevent future incidents like this in the future, we added previous domain url "api.re-tell.ai" to our auto test pipeline. For clients who are using older versions of Retell SDK, please update to latest version if possible.
