Incident Update TL;DR: Livekit (Our SIP Server Provider) introduced a new SIP status without prior notification, causing verification failures for Retell EU customers using SIP Trunking. Incident Timeline • 11/26, 2:00 AM PDT: Retell users reported EU SIP trunk connectivity issues. • 11/26, 8:00 AM PDT: The issue was escalated to Livekit. • 11/26, 9:05 AM PDT: Livekit rolled back to the previous version to mitigate the issue. • 11/26, 12:00 PM PDT: The root cause was identified: the addition of a SIP status. The issue was fully resolved. Next Steps Infrastructure reliability remains our top priority.
