Regional Network Issues — Monitoring
Our monitoring indicates that services in GCP US East have recovered, and Redis Cloud clusters in the region are currently operating normally. However, our upstream cloud provider has not yet confirmed full resolution of the underlying issue on their end. Out of an abundance of caution, we will continue to actively monitor the region until the provider confirms the incident is resolved. We will post a final update at that time.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.redis.io (opens in new tab).
