QuickBooks Online: Some customers may be unable to view their PayPal transactions in QBO.
Timeline of updates
- resolved
An earlier issue with the Intuit's PayPal plugin for QBO resulted in some customers unable to view their PayPal transactions in QBO banking page. Our teams have resolved the issue, and users should now be able to view their PayPal transactions in the QBO banking page. If this issue has impacted you, we are working on getting you access to your PayPal transactions in the banking page, and it should be available to you within the next 2-3 days. We apologize for the interruption in service and thank you for your patience as we worked to fix it.
From QuickBooks Online’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.quickbooks.intuit.com (opens in new tab).
