Pipedream: Elevated error rates in HTTP workflows / sources
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 12:07 and 12:30pm PT (UTC-8) today, HTTP event sources and workflows returned 502 / 503 errors intermittently. AWS was performing maintenance on one of our data stores, and the client we use to connect to that data store failed to connect to new nodes when one was taken out of rotation for maintenance. We've downgraded the client to a version that should handle this case gracefully, so that we should not incur downtime in this case again.
From Pipedream’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.pipedream.com (opens in new tab).
