Timeline of updates

  1. resolved

Between 18:04 UTC and 18:20 UTC and again from 19:04 UTC to 19:36 UTC on October 18th, some customers in the US regions may have experienced delayed browser data in queries, charts, and dashboards as well as delayed or missing alert notifications for related data. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of false positive alert notifications, notifications for affected data were temporarily suppressed between 19:49 UTC and 20:01 UTC. We have investigated and resolved this interruption and the above services have returned to normal operation.

From New Relic’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.newrelic.com (opens in new tab).
