Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 07:20 and 08:12 UTC on July 6th, we experienced an issue where some customers in the EU region may have experienced a delay of entity relationships appearing and refreshing in the New Relic platform. The issue is now resolved and the impacted services have returned to normal service.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
