New Relic: Data Irregularities in the EU region
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 15:11 UTC and 15:38 UTC on September 25th, some customers in the EU region may have experienced delayed data in queries, charts, and dashboards as well as delayed or missing alert notifications for related data. There was no impact to data ingest. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
