New Relic: Data Irregularities in the EU Region
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 15:23 UTC and 22:07 UTC on December 5th, some customers in the EU region may have experienced errors when sending data to New Relic, issues viewing real time data, and delayed or missing alert notifications related to real time data. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of false positive alert notifications, we temporarily suppressed notifications for affected data intermittently during this timeframe. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.
From New Relic’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.newrelic.com (opens in new tab).
