New Relic: Delays for the US data ingest in Browser Agent
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 18:21 UTC and 18:38 UTC on March 19, some customers in the US region may have experienced an issue with charts and alerts in the Browser Agent. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers between 18:27 UTC and 18:38 UTC. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.
From New Relic’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.newrelic.com (opens in new tab).
