    We observed issues with a third party service provider between 09:00 and 11:30 UTC. The impact would have contributed to Notebook cells failing to render their results, auto-pinning of tables in the schema browser, and notifications for actions such as report duplication (report duplication would still complete in the background). This issue is now resolved. Please reach out to support if you have any questions.
