Between 1:05 PM and 1:50 PM Eastern Time, Greenhouse job boards served from Amazon US-West-2 experienced degraded service. These job boards automatically failed over to US-East-1, but some customers and applicants may have received 503 errors during the failover process. This issue has since been resolved and both US-West-2 and US-East-1 have resumed normal processing.
