Some Europe-hosted Gorgias Helpdesks stopped showing live updates in the interface during a major-impact incident starting 2026-04-09 10:42 UTC and resolved at 2026-04-09 11:24 UTC, lasting 41 min. Gorgias said only UI refresh was affected and no data was lost.
