We are experiencing elevated error rates affecting External Agents on the Duo Agent Platform caused by a recent deployment. We have reverted the offending merge request and are awaiting deployment of the fix. Details in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/work_items/21185 (opens in new tab).

The fix has been deployed and we've observed the error rate return to 0%. This is now resolved.
