Elastic Cloud: AutoOps monitoring data not ingested for subset of deployments
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Resolved – This incident is resolved. Between Jul 18 02:40 UTC and Jul 20 14:00 UTC, a subset of Elastic Agents were unable to report metrics to AutoOps across all regions. The underlying issue has been corrected and data is flowing normally. Impacted deployments may notice some gaps in their AutoOps monitoring data during this timeframe.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
