Dremio change history: Login to EU site unavailable

Dremio reported a major outage blocking password and oauth login to https://app.eu.dremio.cloud due to Auth0 problems; API access using PAT tokens was unaffected. The incident started at 2023-10-30 20:50 UTC and was resolved at 2023-10-30 21:14 UTC, lasting 23 min, with normal operation restored.
