Our platform received an unusually high amount of requests that caused a minor outage to our Developer API transcription endpoint from 10:30-10:50 AM UTC and 12:41-12:47 PM UTC. Our systems have completely recovered from the outage since it was first declared to be resolved and our Engineering team is working to improve our infrastructure to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
