Timeline of updates

  1. resolved

Issue has been resolved. The root cause of the issues was a failure in one of our services relying on Elasticache mainly for auth caching - this resulted in failures for expired user tokens to load screens/login/connect external data sources/access API's (all of which rely on the authentication mechanism) The main data pipeline is decoupled from the auth service and was not affected. The issue was resolves after ±15min and monitored for the next hour before closing and notifying on full resolved status. The team is working on making the required changes to prevent such issues from re-occurring in the future.

From Coralogix’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.coralogix.com (opens in new tab).
