Recently, our subscription_scheduled_changes feature encountered failures, preventing customers from scheduling changes to their subscriptions when contract terms are enabled. This issue stemmed from a recent code update. Remedial steps have been taken to address the bug and the issue is fixed, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
