Chargebee: API Service Degradation - US Region
Affected components: API Endpoints - API (US)API (US)
Timeline of updates
- resolved
On September 9th, we experienced intermittent API service interruptions and request timeouts between 18:19 and 19:52 UTC in the US region. This disruption was due to an upstream networking configuration issue on the AWS platform. The service has fully recovered.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
