Email Notifications were unavailable on Tues 5th Feb 2019 01:00 - 18:00 UTC due to a Mandrill outage: https://mailchi.mp/953cb079837a/important-information-about-an-ongoing-mandrill-outage (opens in new tab) Upstream service has been restored and delayed email notifications have now been delivered. We apologise for the interruption. We'll be investigating earlier detection of issues and potentially adding another email delivery service to prevent this happening in future.
