    We’re aware of an issue causing TikTok photo and carousel posts sent through Buffer to fail or show a processing-delay error. TikTok video posts appear to be publishing normally.

    Some posts marked as failed in Buffer may still appear on TikTok later. Retrying could create duplicates, so please check your TikTok profile and avoid repeated retries while the issue continues.

    We haven’t confirmed the cause or a resolution time yet. We’re sorry for the disruption to your publishing and appreciate your patience.

    We’ve identified an issue on TikTok’s side affecting photo and carousel posts published through Buffer. Some posts fail or remain marked as processing, even when they’ve appeared on TikTok. Video posts appear largely unaffected.
