UPDATE 23-Sep-15 12:30pm PDT: We have determined this issue is being caused by Telefonica/Movistar, and we are reaching out to their NOC for resolution. As a workaround: Users in Spain can access Box through some alternate Box domains. Please contact us at https://community.box.com/t5/Help/ct-p/Support (opens in new tab) and we can share the domains via a Support Case. UPDATE: This access issue with Spain-based users continues due to some issues with Telefonica/Movistar ISP. If you continue to see issues with connecting from Spain please report this issue directly to your ISP. The Box services are functioning normally.
From Box’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.box.com (opens in new tab).
