Bandwidth: Bandwidth Local Market Impairment - LATA: 428 (Wilmington, NC)
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Our services in the Wilmington, NC market have remained stable since Saturday afternoon. This outage was caused by the loss of power to a POP as a result of Hurricane Florence. That POP remains on generator power at this time, with no known date of primary power restoration. We are going to go ahead and close this outage notification, though, as the service is stable. Bandwidth will continue to closely monitor services in this market, and should they be impacted again, we will send out another notification.
From Bandwidth’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.bandwidth.com (opens in new tab).
