A certificate problem caused sign-in failures and service-operation errors across the Console, API, CLI, Terraform provider and API-based integrations. A corrected certificate was deployed across all API nodes by 02:05 UTC, with no further errors observed during monitoring.

A fix restored functionality at 09-21 06:01 UTC; the incident was resolved at 2026-09-21 08:25 UTC after 3 h 27 min. Customers needing urgent assistance were directed to support@aiven.io.
