1Password change history: Some users are unable to interact with the admin console

1Password reported a major outage affecting admin-console interactions and sign-in across Canada, Enterprise, Europe, and USA/Global. It started 2025-09-24 03:00 UTC, lasted 1 h 9 min, and was resolved at 2025-09-24 04:10 UTC after mitigation. The postmortem says customers with certain account configurations were blocklisted and received 403 errors.
