New event webhooks are being delivered again after processing resumed at 11:28 PM US/Eastern on October 22, 2026. Some customers and third-party apps connected to Klaviyo accounts may continue to see delays while the backlog is processed, and we expect these delays to decrease over time. Webhook data has been retained, and webhook actions in flows are not affected at this time. We continue to monitor closely and appreciate your patience throughout this incident.
