AddedUpdateupdate#3
Before: not present
After: We've confirmed that the impact is limited to marketing pages, forms, and sites that customers republished or modified during this impact window. Existing pages that customers haven't changed since the original configuration change continue to work normally. We're continuing to confirm the fix with an impacted customer. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
AddedUpdateupdate#4
Before: not present
After: Some customers couldn't access their marketing landing pages, forms, and sites because of a configuration change. We reversed that change and confirmed the fix is in place across all impacted instances. The affected marketing pages are available again, and the issue is now resolved. Customers who republished or modified a page during the impact window need to republish it to restore access. Pages that customers didn't change continued to work normally throughout. We're fully committed to minimizing downtime when incidents occur. We also continually assess and improve our tools, processes, and architecture to provide the best service possible.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves these records existed by then and have not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
