At 2023-02-11 15:38 UTC, two of our cache nodes in the iad1 region experienced a catastrophic hardware failure. This resulted in increased errors in requests to Serverless Functions and static content. At 2023-02-11 16:28-16:34 UTC, we failed the nodes over to a backup filesystem and the issue was stabilized. We later replaced the nodes entirely.
