Unbounce change history: Email Notification Deliverability Issues

Unbounce’s major email deliverability incident affected Lead Notifications, Page Upload and Downloads, and User Invitations from 2024-03-18 21:14 UTC to 2024-04-03 23:35 UTC, lasting 16 days 2 h. Unbounce fixed an underlying issue causing spam/blocklisting and mail-server rejection; deliverability returned to pre-incident rates, but customers may still need to whitelist senders to avoid spam filtering.
