Trello: Trello may be slow or unavailable (Resolved)
Timeline of updates
- resolved
UPDATE 12:32 PM EDT - As of right now, the current incident is considered resolved. Our systems team is continuing to find the root cause. UPDATE 12:13 PM EDT - Any users who experienced a “red box” in the upper right will need to reload their page. The site overall stayed up during this incident. UPDATE 12:10 PM EDT - We believe the issue is resolved and we are continuing to actively monitor the situation. Trello may be slow or unavailable due to socket connections being dropped. We’re actively monitoring the situation to make sure our servers stay up. Because we have multiple web servers, for some users, Trello may appear more or less normal, while for others, they may see a “red box” in the top right corner.
From Trello’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on trello.status.atlassian.com (opens in new tab).
