Teleport: Brief Interruption To Kubernetes & DB Access For Single Tenant

On 2022-05-25 during the periods (UTC) * 13:17 - 13:23 * 13:51 * 13:59 We observed a drop in reverse tunnels for a single tenant. During this time Kubernetes access and DB access were unavailable. Connectivity was automatically restored without manual intervention. The root cause is believed to be a brief network interruption between the Teleport Agents and Teleport Cloud. No other tenants were affected during this time.
