    We are investigating an issue affecting a subset of customers when trying to send SMS and email messages through our transactional messaging API. Some requests may intermittently fail with a server error, though retries are generally successful.

    We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

  2. update

    We identified three affected system components that were not receiving traffic and were returning errors. We removed the affected components, and service has been fully restored.

    Upon further investigation, we've determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We've revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact.

    We apologize for the impact to you and your business. We will fully investigate the trigger and root cause, and put preventive action in place.
