    Customers using Salesforce Lightning via the latest versions of Chrome and Microsoft Edge experienced an issue where primary field values weren't rendering in the Dynamic Highlights Panel on record pages. This prevented customers from viewing key record information, such as case numbers and account names. It also affected navigation, record confirmation, and record management workflows.

    We identified the trigger as a rendering change introduced ‌in a recent browser update that conflicted with the existing Salesforce Lightning Design System style class. We developed and deployed a fix across all affected infrastructure to restore normal rendering of primary field values in the Dynamic Highlights Panel.
